AFCP privacy policy and processing of personal data

Personal data held by AFCP is restricted to email contact addresses for individuals who have indicated their interest in keeping informed of AFCP activities through being linked with AFCP partner organisations or through attending AFCP events. Frequently the email contact will be for an individual representing an organisation.

 

In line with the UK GDPR regulations, AFCP has published this policy on the website www.afcp.org.uk, and this will be referred to in all future email circulations sent out by AFCP.

 

All current recipients of the AFCP newsletter will be asked if they wish to continue to receive these newsletters and announcements of AFCP events. Only those individuals who agree to continue to receive the circulations will in future be included on the circulation list. Recipients who are emailed as a representative of an organisation will continue to receive the circulations.

What data do we hold?

Only email addresses of individuals who have indicated an interest in AFCP activities.

How do we use your data?

We use your data to circulate to you the AFCP newsletter and other emails giving information on AFCP activities and events, and other news and relevant activities relating to the agrifood charities sector.

Will we share your data?

No your data will not be shared.
